| The Central Library introduces a paperless gate register module to mark the entry and exit of the library members’ while they visit the library. It is a QR code based scanning model to mark mandatorily entry/ exit. Here are the steps you need to comply with: | |

1. Visit the following link for mandatory one time registration via the SSO login portal. Your WiFi ID/PW will be your login credential. If you do not remember, reset them or coordinate with the Data Centre Team to create a new account. You can register in advance to avoid the rush while visiting the library, Register here, or scan the QR codes. 2. Once you are registered, you only need to scan the QR code each time (both for entry and exit) available at the library security desk, near the library entrance gate. (Guide). |

Please note: – All the members of all categories (faculty/ staff/ students) are requested to make entry/ exit via scanning the QR code compulsorily. |

Benefits of digital entry/ exit system: – Will save a lot of time of the users as you only need to scan the QR code for entry/ exit, rest of the process will be completed automatically. – Will save a lot of paper (print register), currently on an average 15 print registers are being used (contains 400 pages each). – Can track the library user footprints. |
