About: Dr. Pokuri is working as the Librarian & Head in the Central Library at MANIT Bhopal since December 2024. a Fellow (Knowledge Management) and Lead – Knowledge Management Centre at Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration (MGSIPA), Punjab, Chandigarh (India). Prior to this, he worked in different organizations in Chandigarh such as, Confederation of Indian Industry (Northern Region); CSIR-IMTECH; DAV College and NIPER, Mohali.
Dr Rao holds Master’s (1993) and Doctorate (2009) degrees In Library and Information Science from Panjab University, Chandigarh (India). Dr Rao’s has 30 years of experience in the areas of Library management, Knowledge Management, Training Management and Information Technology Applications.
Dr Rao edited 10 books, presented and published over 40 papers in National and International Conferences and journals/proceedings in the areas of Library management, management and information technology.
