The Central Library, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal, is organising a one-day seminar on “Capacity Building of Library Professionals” from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on 12th August 2026 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, the Father of Library Science in India, in the Central Library, MANIT Bhopal.
The seminar aims to honour the remarkable contributions of Dr. S. R. Ranganathan to the library profession and to provide a platform for interaction, knowledge sharing, and professional networking among librarians, academicians, and students for capacity building of library professionals, particularly the young students.
